Don't be confused of a Pale headed and an Aqua Roseicollis. They differ from each other.
Pale headed mode of inheritance is incomplete dominant while the Aqua is autosomal recessive.

Note: Some use the term "Rose mask" but the international term for it is "Pale headed".

PALLID OPALINE MUTATION

02/08/2021

The lovebird in the picture below is a Clear Pied Turquoise Ino.

As of now, there is no known whitebull mutation in Roseicollis Lovebirds. There is no true albino mutation in lovebirds but they can come close. Commonly in Roseicollis, all Inos have red eyes except those which are considered Clear Pieds, similar to their counterpart, the Australian Recessive Pied or the Dark-Eyed Clear Ino (DEC-Ino) in an eyering series of lovebirds. In Clear Pieds, the reduce of eumelanin in the feather of the bird does not greatly affect their eyes. The Ino mutation suppresses the melanin pigment, which enables the black color of the eyes. As a result, the birds coloration can visually range from yellow to a cream white. As it matures, some melanin will darken the red eyes so that they appear dark.

It is considered one of the Turquoise Inos. One proof is that it has a very thin sheen of yellow on its feathers and the forehead part, which is one of the blue series, an Ino form of a Turquoise Roseicollis.
