PET GROOMING PROTOCOL

To ensure the safety of all pets, please follow these guidelines before your appointment.

🐾 BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Walk your dog before arrival (potty break)
• Avoid heavy feeding 1–2 hours before grooming
• Keep pets on leash or in carrier
• Inform us if pet is aggressive or anxious

✅ HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

• No fever, cough, diarrhea, vomiting
• No open wounds or recent surgery
• No contagious skin conditions
• Must be physically fit for grooming
• Sick pets will NOT be accepted.

🐜 FLEA & TICK POLICY

• Pets with fleas/ticks require mandatory flea bath
• Additional charges may apply
• Severe infestation may result in rescheduling.

✂️ MATTING POLICY

• Severely matted pets may require shaving
• Dematting fee applies
• Skin irritation may occur after removal.

📞 IMPORTANT REMINDER

• Leave updated contact number
• Grooming time depends on coat & behavior
