📝 IMPORTANT GUIDELINES BEFORE SURGERY:

1. Physical pre-assessment is required (2-3 days prior surgery)
2. Patient must be apparently healthy
3. Minimum age: at least 6 months old
4. Blood test and complete vaccination are highly recommended before surgery but NOT mandatory
5. Fasting time must be at least 6 hours before surgery
6. Owner must sign all consent and waiver forms
