Bad breath might be easy to laugh off as “normal pet breath”—but sometimes, there’s more going on inside the mouth. 🦷🐾

Plaque and dental buildup can affect your pet’s comfort, appetite, and everyday habits. Watch for changes such as difficulty chewing, drooling, pawing at the mouth, reduced appetite, or persistent bad breath.

And while brushing at home can help with routine care, existing buildup may require professional dental assessment and cleaning.

Swipe through for signs worth watching.

Vomiting: When Should You Call the Vet?

One episode of vomiting doesn’t always mean an emergency—but repeated vomiting deserves attention.

What matters is what happens next.

🤔 Is your pet still eating and drinking normally?
🤔 Are they unusually weak?
🤔 Is the vomiting happening repeatedly or accompanied by other concerning symptoms?

When in doubt, don’t rely on guesswork. Give Village Vet Westborough a call so our team can help determine the appropriate next step for your pet.

“Mukha namang healthy. Kailangan pa ba ng vaccine?”

Sometimes, yes.

Vaccines are meant to help protect pets before they encounter certain preventable diseases—not only when they start showing signs of illness.

Puppies and kittens usually follow a vaccination schedule, while adult pets may still need boosters depending on their age, lifestyle, and vaccination history.

Not sure when your pet’s last vaccine was?

Bring their vaccination record and let our veterinary team check it with you. 🐶🐱
