Sunday walk with Westley!

Walking with your dog is one of the best low-stress daily exercises for both humans and pets.

For most healthy adult dogs:
• 20–60 minutes daily is ideal
• Small/senior dogs: around 20–30 mins
• Active breeds: 45–90 mins total per day

Best times to walk are early morning for cooler, calmer walks, or late afternoon/sunset for stress relief and bonding. Avoid hot midday to protect paws and prevent heat exhaustion.

Benefits for your dog: improves heart health and weight, reduces boredom, anxiety and destructive behavior, supports joints and digestion, and strengthens your bond.

LOOKING FOR FOSTER FAMILY, RESCUE, OR POSSIBLE OWNER

Male Chow-Chow currently located at McDonald’s Hana / near Nuvali Rotonda.

He has reportedly been roaming around the area for around 1–2 weeks already. Some clients and staff have been giving him food and allowing him shade during afternoons.

He is wearing a collar, which may indicate that he has an owner, although there is also a possibility that he may have been abandoned or lost.

At the moment, he is being looked after temporarily by the McDonald’s owner/staff. He was also checked and initially given anti-mange treatment and supplements.

He appears responsive and generally okay. He is tame, but may become slightly reactive/aggressive when provoked or touched suddenly.
