The NGCP has raised YELLOW and RED ALERTS today due to shortages in power supply and power reserves from Luzon power plants.

YELLOW ALERT: 2:01 PM – 3:00 PM | 10:01 PM – 12:00 MN

RED ALERT affected areas may experience power outages from 3:01 PM – 10:00 PM.

In partnership with the PVMA - Philippine Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) and Philippine Animal Hospital Association (PAHA), we at PWVC Main and Rosario Branch, join the campaign for a Rabies-Free Philippines.

In support of the nationwide simultaneous Anti-rabies Vaccination Drive on March 11, 2026 (Wednesday), we will be giving FREE Anti Rabies vaccinations on a first come, first served basis (first 100 pets only) in our clinics.

💡Free anti-rabies vaccinations will available from 9:00AM until 4:00PM, or until supplies last. Open to dogs and cats meeting the requirements listed below:

✔️Pets must be 3 months old and above.
✔️Pets must be apparently healthy (free from any sickness).
✔️Pets must not be pregnant.

Let us help each other build a Rabies-Free Philippines.

•December 25 – CLOSED

•December 31 (New Year’s Eve) – Half Day Only
•January 1 – CLOSED

We recommend coming early, especially during the holidays, as slots may fill up fast. (First come, first serve basis)
