This Halloween, consider lending a helping hand to a black cat in need. 🐈⬛ Opening your home to a homeless one during the festivities can keep them safe during a season that can be especially risky for them. 🎃🖤 While most people mean no harm, black cats are more vulnerable this time of year.
And whether your pet is black, orange, or anything in between, keep them close this Halloween. Shelters often see a rise in lost pets afterward 😟, so keep yours indoors, make sure their ID tag and microchip info are current, and watch for open doors they might slip through. 📌
