🐶 Why Do We Ask About Your Pet's Deworming History Before Vaccination? 💉

One of the most common questions we ask before administering a vaccine is:

✔️ When was your pet last dewormed?
✔️ What deworming product was used?

We ask these questions because not all dewormers work the same way. Different products target different types of intestinal parasites, and some may not be effective against all kinds of worms.

Knowing your pet's deworming history helps us:
• Assess your pet's overall health
• Recommend the most appropriate deworming program
• Ensure your pet receives the best preventive care possible
• Keep vaccination and parasite control schedules up to date

📌 We understand that it's not always easy to remember these details. To help us provide the best care for your pet, we encourage pet owners to keep a record of their pet's vaccinations, deworming dates, and medications.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep your furry family members healthy and protected! ❤️🐾

An Open Letter to all Clients,

To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets and clients inside our clinic, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our One Patient, One Companion Policy.

At times, our waiting area may become crowded due to the number of patients being accommodated. When this happens, we may ask some clients to wait outside until space becomes available. This is not meant to inconvenience anyone, but rather to help us maintain a safe and organized environment for everyone.

Our primary concern is the safety of your pets. A crowded clinic can increase stress among animals and may create situations where a pet could accidentally escape or become distressed.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially when you are in a hurry. Please know that our team is doing its best to assist every patient as efficiently as possible while still providing the quality care they deserve.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation. Thank you for helping us keep our clinic a safe and welcoming place for all pets and their families. ❤️🐾
