🐶🛁 JUST BATHED YOUR DOG… BUT HE STILL SMELLS? 👀

If that familiar “doggy smell” keeps coming back even after a bath, the problem may not simply be that your dog needs another bath.

🐾 Possible reasons include:

👃 Skin buildup, yeast, or bacteria
🧴 Skin irritation or other skin problems
👂 Ear problems or buildup
🐾 Dirty or damp paws
⚠️ A**l gland issues

A bath can clean the surface, but a persistent or unusual odor can sometimes be a clue that something else needs attention.

💡 Fur Parent Tip: If the smell keeps returning—especially with itching, redness, ear discharge, excessive licking, or changes in behavior—don't just keep bathing your dog. Have them checked by a veterinarian.

Please make sure they have:

💧 Clean drinking water
❤️ Your attention and supervision

And watch closely for signs that your pet may be unwell, such as loss of appetite, weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, shivering, difficulty breathing, or unusual behavior.

If you notice something isn't right, don't wait for your pet to become severely ill before seeking veterinary attention.

Cats are naturally good at hiding discomfort, which means it's often up to us to notice the subtle changes.

If your cat is showing any of these signs, it's worth paying attention:

🐾 Grooming much more—or much less—than normal
🐾 Sudden changes in behavior
