Dear Clients,

Kindly make sure to confirm your preferred time slot ahead of your scheduled appointment.

We would also like to kindly remind everyone to inform us as early as possible in case of cancellation or rescheduling.

Each appointment slot is reserved specifically for the client who booked it. Since we only have limited slots available per day, we prioritize confirmed appointments and are unable to accommodate other clients during a reserved time slot.

Last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering the slot to other clients who may have been waiting for an available schedule. We truly value everyone’s time, and we kindly ask for your cooperation and consideration.

We hope you understand our side as well. Thank you so much for your understanding and for respecting our appointment schedule. 🤍
