🐾 SUCCESSFUL PYOMETRA SURGERY | ZOEY THE BRAVE 🐾

Meet Zoey, a brave 5-kg dog who underwent surgery for pyometra, a serious and potentially life-threatening infection of the uterus.

During surgery, we successfully removed an approximately 1-kg pus-filled, gravid uterus — equivalent to around 20% of Zoey’s body weight. 🥺

Despite the severity of her condition, Zoey fought bravely through the procedure. ❤️‍🩹

✨ Successful surgery. One brave patient. One more life saved. ✨

Pyometra can progress rapidly and may become fatal if left untreated. If your female dog shows signs such as decreased appetite, lethargy, increased thirst or urination, vomiting, abdominal enlargement, or vaginal discharge, seek veterinary attention immediately.

🩺 Early diagnosis and prompt treatment can save lives.
