We are OPEN DAILY from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM🐾

Despite the road closure caused by the recent fire near Congressional Bridge, our veterinary clinic remains fully operational and ready to serve you.

⚠️ Please note: Congressional Bridge is currently not passable due to fire-related damage. We encourage all clients to use alternate routes and allow extra travel time.

Parking & Access Options:

🚗 Option 1: Park at S&R and walk to the clinic.

🚗 Option 2: Park at the nearby 7-Eleven and walk to the clinic.

🚶 Option 3: Have someone drop you off near Jose Abad Santos Memorial School, then walk approximately 50 meters to the clinic.

🚗 Option 4: If you’re coming from Mindanao Avenue, before reaching the barricade, you may politely request the authorities on duty to temporarily open the barricade so you can proceed and park in front of our clinic.

🐱 A Rare Surgical Case Encountered in Our Veterinary Practice!

Today we successfully managed one of the rarest reproductive cases we’ve ever encountered—a Twin Abdominal Ectopic Pregnancy in a domestic shorthair cat.

Preoperative radiographs revealed two full-term fetuses, but during exploratory surgery we made an astonishing discovery:

🔹 Both fetuses were located entirely within the abdominal cavity, not inside the uterus.
🔹 Each fetus had its own placenta independently attached to the greater omentum, allowing them to continue developing.
🔹 Surprisingly, the uterus, ovaries, and oviducts appeared grossly normal and completely empty, with no obvious evidence of uterine rupture.

This unusual presentation makes the case highly significant and raises the possibility of a primary abdominal ectopic pregnancy, an exceptionally rare condition in feline medicine. Histopathologic examination will help determine the definitive diagnosis.

The surgery was successfully completed, with careful removal of both fetuses and their placental attachments, followed by ovariohysterectomy.

Cases like this remind us that veterinary medicine continues to challenge and inspire us. Every patient has the potential to teach us something new, and uncommon cases such as this contribute to advancing our understanding of feline reproductive disorders.r
