Last July 25, the 9.1-kilo tricolor cat named Bandit may have just saved the life of retired surgeon Fred Everitt, 68, who was sleeping soundly at the dead of night.

Local outlet Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal on July 30 reported that Bandit did everything she could to alert Everitt about the imminent threat. Around 2:30AM to 3:00AM, she let out loud guttural meows in the kitchen. https://bit.ly/3vDPPGZ
