Fresh from the oven! 🐣🐤

Today brought a highly successful hatch of Serama chicks. To ensure accurate line identification early on, the chicks were separated using a plastic strainer during hatch time, and all five YMGs have been securely banded with numbered clip leg rings. The remainder of the hatch consists of healthy Siak and two Spangled chicks. We are hoping for a few more to emerge later this afternoon.

A quick look at this 5-month-old YMG Serama c**k in the conditioning cage. His chest carriage and plumage color are really starting to settle.

​This young one is an offspring of a direct import YMG from Bonbyeng Lim of BBL Serama , tracing back to Din Seri Serama Farm —the original creator of the Yellow MG line. Just letting him mature, little by little. 📈
