From essential pet care to innovative pet tech, we ensure your pets are healthy and happy. Two Tails, One Vision: Every Beat and Byte, We Care

At Pawdel Inc., every innovation is driven by a profound love for pets—a love that fuels our mission to nurture the cherished bond between pets and their families. From this deep-seated affection, we've evolved from crafting wearable pieces of love into pi

oneering wearable tech that safeguards and enhances the pet-human relationship. Our journey began with personalized collars, leading to the transformative leap to Pawnec, our pet technology software, in 2022. This leap was not just a stride in innovation but a bold statement of our vision: to blend the warmth of pet care with the intelligence of technology. By digitizing our collars and tags, we've empowered individuals everywhere to return lost pets safely and care for them effectively—with just a simple scan of a QR code. Pawnec's QR Code-based technology has evolved into a veterinary technology, innovating pet governance and pet health management for veterinarians and pet owners alike. Our vision is to become the leading company in understanding the intricate dynamics between pets and their human companions. Guided by relentless R&D, we continue to refine and expand our smart ID and eHealth Card solutions. By operating through the dual lens of a pet parent and technologist, we bridge the gap between affection and innovation. Our commitment is to create technologies that resonate with pet parents' needs, fostering pet-human relationships. This unwavering commitment is embodied in our new corporate logo: a heart within a paw, symbolizing our dedication to being at the forefront of compassionate technological solutions for pet care. As we venture into new frontiers with our essential care business unit and Pawnec, our mantra "Two Tails, One Vision" resonates more profoundly than ever—every heartbeat of our pets and every byte of data we analyze reinforces our pledge: "We care."

Pawnec quietly crossed 100,000+ pets last week.

To be exact: 102,173 pets.

38,817 cats.
63,356 dogs.

For Pawdel Inc., this is an important milestone — but not a victory lap.

In a startup, vanity metrics are not the finish line. Revenue matters. Clinic adoption matters. Retention matters. Operational learning matters. Most of all, customer outcomes matter.

What this milestone tells us is that Pawnec has already been exposed to real veterinary workflows at scale: mass vaccination, registration, verification, paper-heavy field operations, public health programs, and pet owner record access.

That field experience is now shaping the next phase of the company.

This June, Pawnec is preparing the private beta of Vetscribe’s Care Continuity Network and the first oral presentation of The BRIDGE Study — our Phase 1 evaluation pathway for responsible AI support across the veterinary consultation lifecycle.

The goal remains ambitious: 100 clinics and 500,000 pets in 2026.

With the upcoming launch of Vetscribe’s AI team of allied veterinary assistants at VPAP, we believe that goal is still attainable — if we keep focusing on what matters: stronger workflows, better follow-through, useful records, revenue, and exponential customer outcomes.

100,000 pets is not the finish line.

It is the next bridge.

With every beat and byte, we care.

AI scribes are starting to appear across veterinary practice.

Some are being added into practice management systems. Some are being marketed as documentation shortcuts. Some promise faster notes, cleaner records, and less time spent typing.

That direction is exciting — but it also raises an important question:

When companies make medico-marketing claims about AI in veterinary care, how do we hold ourselves accountable?

For Pawdel Inc., our answer is The BRIDGE Study.

Formally titled:

“From Waiting Room to Discharge: A Phase 1 Evaluation of End-to-End AI Support Across the Veterinary Consultation Lifecycle.”

The BRIDGE Study is our Phase 1 evaluation pathway for Vetscribe, studying AI output quality and usability across the consultation lifecycle while keeping veterinarians in control.

This is also part of our broader commitment after receiving equity-free commercialization support from DOST-TAPI TECHNiCOM: to build responsibly, study rigorously, and publish what we learn.

Veterinary AI should not be marketed only through demos, screenshots, or bold promises.

It should be evaluated in context:
with veterinarian oversight,
with privacy safeguards,
with clear limitations,
with real workflow constraints,
and with professional accountability.

This June, we are preparing for the first oral presentation of The BRIDGE Study at VPAP.

For us, this is not just a research milestone.

It is a statement about how veterinary AI should enter practice: carefully, transparently, and always with the veterinarian in control.

With every beat and byte, we care.

Field work matters.

During our Cebu visit, the Pawdel team met with Animal Wellness Veterinary Hospital and Clinics to continue learning from real private clinic workflows, not from assumptions behind a desk.

The visit gave us valuable conversations with clinic leadership and frontline staff around what veterinary technology needs to solve in practice: onboarding, documentation, check-in visibility, client reminders, post-care guidance, and continuity across visits.

We also reviewed Vetscribe simulations and product improvements shaped by direct veterinarian feedback.

For Pawdel Inc., this is how responsible commercialization should work: listen closely, test in real workflows, improve quickly, and build with the people who will actually use the system.

Pawnec and Vetscribe are being shaped by the realities of Philippine veterinary care.

With every beat and byte, we care.
