PLEASE FORGIVE US, WE LOVE YOU!
To our dearest family,
We don’t know how to tell you, so we will just speak from the bottom of our hearts. First of all, we would like thank you again so much for supporting us since 2013; When we started we had zero marketing budget and our brand grew only because you and so many dog lovers helped us endorse our products to their friends and other dog lovers in social media. It was the only driver of our growth.
Your support is something we treasure so much!
However, when our company started the USD was low and everything was much simpler and cheaper. Last year, though everything has inflated, we were trying to hold-off our price increase as much as we can. We didn’t want to raise our prices because we know that times are not as simple as it was.
But then again as part of the culture of our company – WE WILL NEVER SACRIFICE OUR QUALITY FOR BETTER PROFITS; Dogs are family and our mission is to spread motherly (and fatherly) love towards them. We will never provide low quality products to them.
WE WILL NEVER DISCOUNT LOVE!
It is with a very heavy heart that we have to inform you that starting June 1, 2018 our Suggested Retail Price will increase by 50PhP. Our new SRP would now be 450PhP instead of 399PhP.
Rest assured that we are continuously finding ways to serve those who can’t afford premium products and in order to provide them with a product that is less expensive while giving love that is undiscounted to their dogs.
Again thank you so much for all those years that you have supported us, and for your countless support in the coming years.
