Pretty neat eh. Just got a visit yesterday from the City Planning Department Office. I will use the fam residential lot to start a mini veterinary clinic who offers minor services.
Meanwhile, Yours Truly is patiently waiting in this bench for the suggestions coming from the CPDO. Either we'll apply for commercialization (which means more bucks needed which I as much as possible avoiding it) or will accept home call services only. Either way, the important thing in here is that I should start doing my thing in the target time.

Heartworm disease is cause by Dirofilaria immitis transferred to our pets through a mosquito bite. Adult worms live in the heart and surrounding blood vessels. It can cause severe heart and lung problem and is very tricky to kill. Please ask your Vet about it!
