MISSION: At Doc Alyn’s Veterinary Clinic and Grooming Center, we strive to provide high quality of veterinary care to Pagsanjan area and the towns nearby who demand high level of veterinary medicine. Our primary goal is to educate the public about responsible pet ownership and public health issues like Rabies and Worms. We also promote “Healthy Pets, Happy Owners” by establishing an intimate patient-client long-term relationship.

Let us all be reminded that abusive words will never be tolerated!

Nakakalungkot lang…..

MINSAN, OR SHALL I SaY, MADALAS, YUNG MGA WALANG NATAPOS AY MAS MAGALANG PA KAYSA SA MGA EDUKADO. Mas marunong pang rumespeto sa kapwa ang ibang nasa mababang antas kaysa sa mga nasa MATAAS na antas ng lipunan…. Kaya sabi nga hindi lahat ng nakatanggap ng edukasyon ay EDUKADO :(

Sa aming hospital, pantay pantay ang treatment namin… walang mayaman, walang mahirap… We value the idealism of GIVING THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE sa LAHAT ng patients regardless of status ng owners… At never namin ipinilit ang service. I even tell clients what my treatment protocol will be in case sa amin nila ipagkakatiwala ang patients and I normally discuss it over the phone na kung di kaya mapagawa ang mga tests di po namin pipilitin pero my need lang po na isign na consent and waivers. And so, once the client agrees to the set up, that means they understood exactly what will be done once nasa hospital na sila…. And I think isang testimonya na ang pagkakaroon namin ng clinic for 17 years bilang patotoo na we value first and foremost PROPER DIAGNOSIS AS A KEY kung bakit marami kaming napapagaling na pasyente…..WE explain everything to our clients…..And we let them research as well……

We have been in the industry for the past 17 years and the service rendered by Kuya Alfred is always exceptional. He has been given minimum of five hundred to a thousand as a gratuity in almost all his confinements showing how hands-on and dedicated he is…

But today, he was thrown abusive words amidst all the coordination done by me prior to the visit of the client to the hospital. All forms were signed ahead but we still received those abusive words!
