Legacy of Hope for the Animals, Inc. PAWS HAVEN, Founded in May 2021, is a Cebu, Philippines based Sanctuary. Helping the HOMELESS and REHABILITATING the voiceless animals. Educate the fur parents.

To share this world to all animals and to STOP ANIMAL CRUELTY! Mission
To rehabilitate, spay and neuter. Give TENDER, LOVE and CARE for the animals. Goal
To provide a PERMANENT SANCTUARY for the homeless, abandoned, pwd and senior animals. We need your HELP to reach our goal! It's not only humans who existed in this world. We must share this world to all animals. They were the one's who existed first in earth.

There will be a Public Hearing on the proposed ordinance of
Member Pablo G. Labra II, entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES ON RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP, HUMANE COMMUNITY PET CARE, AND STRAY ANIMAL MANAGEMENT IN THE CITY OF CEBU."

The public hearing will be on May 19, 2026 (Tuesday) at 1:00pm at the Doña Eva Macaraeg Macapagal Hall, 4th Floor Legislative Building, Cebu City Hall
