We're so excited because the registration for our Pet Costume Contest will open on October 6, 2018!

Visit PetExpress here at the ground floor of Madison Galeries mall, 398 Don Jesus Boulevard, Alabang, Muntinlupa City to register!

Mechanics of Registration:
1. Present a proof of purchase of P200 (single receipt) from Pet Express – Madison Galeries branch.
2. Only October 1 to October 27, 2018 dated receipts will be accepted.
3. Application form will be submitted at Pet Express, Madison Galeries located at the UGF.
4. Registration is free of charge.
5. A ticket voucher will be provided and entitles only one Pet and owner to register.
6. One voucher is applicable for one Pet entry.
7.There should be separate application forms for multiple pets.
