Ngayong araw, nakatanggap kami ng mensahe na hindi namin alam ang konteksto bakit nagagalit.
Lagit’t lagi, biktima ang mga veterinary clinic ng mga ganitong pagbabanta at katoxic an.
Tinanggap na ninyo ang pasyente. Tinanggap na ninyo ang mga collateral na ibabayad nila, sa huli, makakatanggap pa tayo ng ganitong klaseng mensahe.
Kung ikaw pala po na kamag anak ay may kakayanan at nasa abroad pa, bakit hindi niyo na lang bigyan ng pambayad yung kamag anak ninyo. Bakit kailangan pa nilang mag collateral. Tapos, kayo pa ang may galit sa amin na wala naman dito sa Pilipinas.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC.

Our clinic in Nangka, has recently been targeted by an online post accusing us of neglect and harming a cat. These claims are false and misleading.

👉 The patient was brought in only for a check-up.
👉 As shown in our CCTV footage, the person who posted the allegations was present during the consultation.
👉 Diagnostic tests and treatment options were thoroughly explained, but the owner refused hospitalization and further diagnostic tests, agreeing only to a CBC.
👉 The owner also refused further treatment and chose to observe the cat at home.
👉 Most importantly, the cat did not die in the clinic. The cat was alive when brought home by the owners.
We uphold the highest standards of veterinary care and compassion. We will not tolerate false accusations that damage our reputation and mislead the public.

📌 A reminder to everyone:
Posting false accusations online is cyberbullying and defamation.
Even those who add unnecessary, harmful, or defamatory comments on such posts can also be held legally liable.
These acts are punishable under RA 10175 – Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

Let us all be responsible online. Verify the facts, respect the truth, and stop cyberbullying.

As early as now, we are now checking with proper forum that can handle this kind of misleading posts including legal means.

P.S. We are now gathering evidences that will be used for this case!
The laywer also suggested to screenshot all defamatory comments on this certain post as commenting and false claims can still fall as cyberbullying.
