🐾 LONG POST AHEAD - PETBUDGET PH IS HIRING AN ONSITE FACEBOOK LIVE SELLER / HOST! 🎥🐶🐱
📍 Currently in San Pedro, Laguna | Relocating to Maple Grove, General Trias, Cavite
We are looking for a friendly, confident and sales-driven Facebook Live Seller / Host who loves pets, enjoys talking to people and knows how to sell naturally on camera.
This is an onsite role inside our active e-commerce warehouse.
We are currently based in San Pedro, Laguna, but we will be relocating to our new warehouse/office at Maple Grove, General Trias, Cavite once it is ready.
Applicants should therefore be comfortable working onsite in San Pedro for the meantime and eventually transferring with the role to our Cavite location.
Our Facebook Lives will feature authentic pet products available directly from our warehouse - including pet care products, supplements, food, flea & tick products and other selected items.
🛒 HOW OUR LIVE SELLING WORKS
Customers will be able to claim/order featured products while watching the Facebook Live and will be guided to complete their checkout through our official website:

The goal is not only to entertain viewers, but to turn Live viewers into actual Pet Budget customers and completed orders.
🕒 SCHEDULE
• 5 days per week
• Morning and/or evening Facebook Live sessions
• Approximately 3-4 Live hours per day during the initial 1-month trial
• Must be available at least 1 weekend day per week - Saturday or Sunday
• Exact Live schedule will be discussed with the selected applicant
We will also review which Live schedules perform best and may adjust the timing based on actual viewer engagement and sales.
📌 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Host Facebook Live selling sessions
• Present and demonstrate selected pet products clearly and confidently
• Explain product information, promotions, bundles and current offers
• Engage with viewers and answer questions during the Live
• Guide viewers through our Live ordering process
• Encourage customers to complete checkout through petbudget.com.ph
• Help convert viewers into actual paying customers
• Feature actual available products and stocks from our warehouse
• Coordinate with our team regarding products, promos and Live topics
• Learn and follow Pet Budget's approved product information
• Maintain a friendly, professional and engaging atmosphere throughout each Live
✅ WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
• Confident and natural on camera
• Friendly, energetic and persuasive
• Comfortable speaking both Tagalog and English
• Comfortable interacting with viewers in real time
• Quick-thinking and able to keep conversations flowing
• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Sales-driven but not overly scripted or pushy
• Willing to learn about our pet products
• Comfortable working onsite in a practical, active warehouse environment
• Able to work from our current Laguna location and later our Cavite location
• A pet lover or pet owner is preferred 🐶🐱
Previous Live selling or sales experience is an advantage, but beginners with strong potential and confidence on camera are welcome to apply.
💰 COMPENSATION
1-month trial:
Php18,000 + commission
After successful trial:
Php20,000 monthly + commission
Possible increase to Php22,000-Php25,000 monthly for strong and consistent performance.
💸 COMMISSION ON PAID & COMPLETED LIVE-ATTRIBUTED SALES
• Php1-Php250,000 monthly sales - 1.5%
• Php250,001-Php600,000 - 2%
• Php600,001-Php1,000,000 - 2.5%
• Above Php1,000,000 - 3%
The applicable commission rate will be applied to the total eligible monthly Live-attributed sales once the corresponding sales tier is reached.
Example:
💡 Php500,000 paid and completed monthly Live sales = Php10,000 commission
Commission is based only on paid and completed product sales generated through the Live after discounts.
It excludes:
• Shipping fees
• Cancelled orders
• Returned/refunded orders
• Unpaid or uncompleted orders
Live-generated orders will be tracked through our designated Pet Budget Live ordering/tracking system.
🎁 PERFORMANCE BONUSES
• Php1,000 - Complete all agreed Live sessions for the month
• Php2,000 - Reach Php300,000 completed monthly Live sales
• Php5,000 - Reach Php600,000 completed monthly Live sales
• Php10,000 - Reach Php1,000,000 completed monthly Live sales
Highest sales bonus only - sales bonuses are not cumulative.
Strong performers may also be considered for a higher monthly rate and expanded opportunities with Pet Budget.

We are looking for someone who can be natural, engaging, reliable and genuinely capable of selling - not just someone who can stay in front of a camera.
