Dog Box PH Monthly Special Treat for your Lovely Dog :) - Php 100 Shipping Fee Nationwide Flat Rate

12/08/2026

Dear Filinvest Land , We recieved reports that your residential Building Manager and his colleague of 100 WEST Condo is engage in potential ANIMAL ABUSE of - Contracting a Pest Control Company (We will withold the co. name for now)

Educate your BMs about the Animal Welfare Act. For years, in all the condominiums in the area, there have been NO reported cases of animal abuse! (Non-Filinvest condos)

IF such abuse occurs, we will report it to the authorities, media outlets, and animal welfare organizations.

Bonus: Additionally, investigate your BM’s relationship with several short-term project contractors and to the recent transactions with the Pest Control company ;)

Negative abusive solution = INCOMPETENCE
