We sincerely apologize for the missed deliveries and unanswered messages during the past week. As a token of appreciation for your patience and understanding, we’re offering 50% off on all orders placed from July 18–25, 2025. This is our way of making up for any inconvenience caused.

> Fish Supply Update:
Due to an ongoing shortage of salmon mackerel (Pacific mackerel), we’ll be temporarily shifting our raw fish formula back to tilapia and chaveta fish—our previous blend that many of your pets already know and love.

Why tilapia and chaveta are great for cats and dogs:
- High in protein to support muscle health
- Low in mercury and easy to digest
- Rich in essential nutrients like B vitamins, selenium, and omega-3s (especially in chaveta)
- Mild taste that’s ideal for sensitive stomachs or picky eaters

Rest assured, this transition maintains the same nutritional value and quality your pets deserve.

Operations Update:
We’re happy to share that we’ve resumed normal operations starting today!

Order dispatch is back on schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed (rest day 🐾)

Announcement

Due to the ongoing inclement weather and its impact on nearby communities, we have allowed our staff to go home from Monday until today to ensure their safety and to give them time to assist their families and neighborhoods affected by flooding.

We sincerely hope everyone stays safe and takes the necessary precautions.
