Good Hoomans Cattery

A truly one-of-a-kind beauty has found her forever home. 🤎🏡

Meet Good Hoomans X’Yoji Anda, our remarkable Selkirk Rex Longhair. The Selkirk Rex remains a relatively new and uncommon breed globally—and even rarer here in the Philippines. Good Hoomans Cattery helped introduce the breed to the country in 2023 with a WCF breeding program, making every Selkirk born under our care part of a very special journey.

With her rare combination of breed, long coat, and exceptional color, X’Yoji Anda is believed to be truly one of one in the Philippines—a uniquely beautiful cat unlike any other in the country. ✨

But beyond her rarity and striking appearance, she is first and foremost a cherished companion deserving of a loving home. We are delighted that she has found a family who will treasure everything that makes her special.

Happy homecoming, X’Yoji Anda! May you fill your new home with your beautiful fur, sweet personality, and a lifetime of unforgettable moments.🐾🤎

Thank you to Royal Canin for her kitten kit! ❤️

Some kittens find their families right away. Others simply wait for the family that was always meant for them. 🤎

Good Hoomans Winter, our beautiful fawn British Longhair, was the last kitten from his litter to be rehomed. But when his future family finally met him, it was truly love at first sight—as though Winter had been waiting for that perfect moment all along. 🏡✨

His homecoming did not happen immediately. With his family’s trust and understanding, we agreed that Winter would stay with us until all his health tests were cleared and he was ready for his kapon procedure. We also took care of him throughout his surgery and recovery, making sure he was fully healed, comfortable, and ready before beginning this exciting new chapter.

It may have taken Winter a little longer to leave our home, but some of the most beautiful love stories are worth the wait.

Now, our sweet boy is finally where he belongs—with the family who chose him at first sight and patiently waited until he was truly ready. Happy homecoming, Winter! May your new life be filled with warm cuddles, gentle purrs, and a lifetime of love. 🐾🤎

Thank you Royal Canin for his kitten kit! ❤️

A little late, but this sweet homecoming deserves its moment. 🤎🏡

Good Hoomans Whistler, our charming fawn male British Shorthair, joined his forever family in the second quarter of 2026. With his plush coat, irresistible round face, and gentle personality, Whistler brought a special kind of warmth to our cattery and we know he is now bringing the same love and happiness to his new home. 🤎

Thank you to his wonderful family for welcoming our boy and giving him the loving home he deserves. May your days together be filled with cuddles, purrs, and countless beautiful memories. 🐾

Thank you as well to Royal Canin for Whistler’s kitten kit! ❤️

🎉 A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE SCOTTISH BREED FAMILY 🎉

We are proud to celebrate an important step forward: WCF will now recognize the Scottish Straight as a distinct breed, separate from the Scottish Fold. 🐾

This recognition is more than a change in classification — it represents a meaningful step toward breed welfare, responsible breeding, and a healthier future for the Scottish breed family.

The Scottish Straight has always been an important part of the Scottish population, with its beautiful straight ears, distinctive expression, and unique charm. By giving these cats their own breed identity, we can:

✨ Encourage greater appreciation and recognition of straight-eared cats
✨ Promote responsible breeding practices with welfare at the forefront
✨ Give Scottish Straight cats a stronger presence in the show world
✨ Celebrate the natural diversity within the Scottish breed family
✨ Help build a sustainable future for the breed through informed breeding decisions

We hope this new recognition will inspire more breeders and exhibitors to proudly present their Scottish Straight cats at shows and allow these wonderful cats to receive the recognition they deserve.

The future of the Scottish breed family is not only about folded ears — it is about healthy, beautiful cats and responsible breeding for generations to come.

เพราะอนาคตของครอบครัว Scottish
