- Best Haloween Costume for Dogs
- Best Haloween Costume for Cats
- Most Creative Outfit

3. Entry Requirements
- Entry Fee: 150 Pesos per participant
- Open to all pet owners in the Philippines
- Pets must be healthy, well-behaved, and properly groomed
- Participants must submit a completed registration form and payment before the event
---
4. Registration
- Registration opens at 2PM on October 12
- Register online by messaging our FB page: Philippines Best Breed Kennel Club

5. Show Guidelines
- Pets and owners must abide by the event's safety and conduct rules
- Costumes should be pet-friendly, comfortable, and safe for the animals
- No harmful or dangerous costumes allowed
- Pets must be on a leash or in carriers at all times unless on stage
---
6. Judging and Prizes
- Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and overall presentation
- Three winners will be selected for each category
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will share portion of the pot money equally
- Winners will also receive loot bags, dog food, and cat food
---
7. Additional Notes
- Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any pet showing inappropriate behavior or safety concerns
- Participation implies consent to use photos and videos for promotional purposes
