Highland Vets Animal Clinic is looking for a dedicated and dependable Clinic Secretary to join our growing team!
🔹 Job Description:
As a Clinic Secretary, you will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and keeping front desk operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Greet and assist customers professionally and kindly
✔️ Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
✔️ Process incoming patients and manage appointment schedules
✔️ Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records
✔️ Answer phone calls — screen, provide information, and book appointments
✔️ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
✔️ Organize and update patient records and charts
✔️ Enter data accurately into our computerized billing and patient system
✔️ Coordinate with veterinary staffs for daily operations
🔹 Qualifications:
✅ Senior High school graduate (college level or graduate preferred)
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Computer literate and familiar with basic office software
✅ Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
✅ Can work well under pressure and without close supervision
✅ Able to take initiative and resolve issues independently
✅ Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
