Job Description
• Assist clients with appointments, inquiries, and payments
• Manage patient records and clinic documents
• Handle phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
• Assist with daily administrative and front-desk tasks
• Coordinate with veterinarians and clinic staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
Qualifications:
✔ Female
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
✔ Computer literate
✔ Customer-service oriented
✔ Preferably with experience in a veterinary clinic or similar setting
1 KENNEL TECHNICIAN — MALE
Job Description:
• Provide daily care and monitoring of hospitalized and boarding patients
• Feed, clean, and maintain the comfort of animals
• Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, and treatment areas
• Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary staff with patient handling and basic procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as instructed by the veterinarian
• Maintain proper sanitation and organization of the kennel area
• Assist with handling and restraint of dogs and cats
Qualifications:
✔ Male
✔ Physically fit and comfortable handling dogs and cats
✔ Responsible, hardworking, and compassionate toward animals
✔ Willing to work on weekends/holidays and shifting schedules
✔ Team player with good work ethic
✔ Veterinary or animal-care experience is an advantage
