Imagine, you haven’t seen the sun for days, water gives you the fright, people everywhere are rushing and look more irritated—it’s been so much harder for you to rummage for food, yet you can’t speak. Then a stranger or a familiar face shows up and crouches beside you, brings out a small bag then you smell a familiar smell: food. You let out a meow (or a bork) of relief… because if these animals could speak, they would thank you. 🫶 You might just be the reason they survive another day.
