Good Day.,

I am the Owner of Bath of Paws, Here i am to make clear things up about what happened a while a go, as a business owner, we can assure you that our top priority is to provide excellent service and a safe environment. However, unexpected situations can sometimes occur.

Our groomer was on duty, and due to negligence—along with the main door being left slightly open—one of our clients’ pets jumped off the grooming table and escaped. Our staff immediately ran after the dog, and thankfully, they did everything they could to locate and bring the furbaby back safely.

We take full responsibility for this incident, and we sincerely apologize to the pet owner maam Caryl 🙏. This will serve as a serious lesson for our entire team. We promise to do everything possible to keep every furbaby safe and well cared for—something we always strive to do, especially for our valued regular clients.

We want to be clear that we do not tolerate this kind of negligence. The groomer responsible is no longer with our business.
