Tokwa checking his new "pukelya." 😂🐶

Tokwa recently underwent a scrotal urethrostomy, a surgical procedure performed to create a new urinary opening. This is commonly recommended for dogs with severe or recurrent urethral obstruction, trauma, or irreversible damage to the distal urethra when normal urination is no longer possible or is at high risk of becoming blocked again.

While it may look unusual at first, the procedure helps restore normal urine flow and can greatly improve a patient's comfort and quality of life. ❤️‍🩹

As for Tokwa, he's doing what any curious patient would do—making sure his new "pukelya" is really there! 😂🐶 Wishing him a smooth recovery and many more comfortable p*e breaks ahead.
