Participation Requirements
• Open to all Pet-Owners of Laur.
• Each participant may bring one pet only.
• Submit:
o Registration form (at the Registration Site or message us for early registration)
o Vaccination record (especially anti-rabies)
If not Vaccinated, free anti-rabies vaccine are available upon registration.
• Pets must be safe, healthy, and manageable.
🐕 Allowed Pets
• Dogs 🐶
• Cats 🐱
• Birds 🐦
• Small animals (hamsters, rabbits, etc.)
🚫 Not allowed: wild, venomous, or aggressive animals.
🏆 Contest Categories
1. Cutest Pet Award
2. Best Dress Pet Award (theme: PAGULYAS)
- Furparents, dress your Pets in PAGULYAS theme colors.
3. Owner – Pet Look-a-like Award
- Furparents must dress matching the outfit of their lovable pets.
👗 Costume Rules
• Costumes must be:
o Safe and comfortable (no tight, heavy, or restrictive outfits)
o Made of non-toxic materials
o Free from sharp objects or choking hazards
• Costumes should not obstruct:
o Vision 👀
o Breathing 😮💨
o Movement 🐕
• Avoid using:
o Glue, harmful dyes, or irritants on fur/skin
• Pets must be able to walk naturally while wearing the outfit

⚠️ Safety Rules
• Pets must be on a leash, in a cage, or carrier at all times.
• Owners must clean up after their pets.
• No teasing or provoking animals.

🧼 Cleanliness & Care
• Bring:
o Water / Water dish
o Waste bags / cleaning materials
• Keep pets well-groomed and comfortable.
• Ensure pets have rest time and shade.

• Supervise pets at all times
• Ensure pets are not a risk to others
• Follow all show rules and staff instructions
