Thank you for all your kind words and sympathies. Jawie was my precious child. Now, I am at my lowest point. It hits so much harder when you lose a pet while being a vet. Like everybody else, we are just mere fur parents who want nothing but health and strength for our babies to live a long and happy life. Alas, loving them this much means hurting 10x more when they pass away. Losing Jawie was very sudden and I was in no way prepared for this dreaded day to come.

I extend all sympathies to everyone who went through this pain, and to anyone else who is still carrying the pain of losing their pets up to this day. I pray for love and healing for everyone.

Even with my baby's passing, I will strive to gather strength and continue my advocacy to help many other fur parents and their babies.

I love you, my Jawie. Watch over mommy, my angel.
