Always learning. Always improving. Always caring. 🐾💚

We’re proud to share that one of our veterinarians attended the Avian and Exotic Medicine Workshop headed by Dr. Nielsen Donato, organized by the Philippine Animal Hospital Association (PAHA) on September 21–22, 2026, at La Vista Pansol, Laguna. 🦜🐰🐢

At Animal Practice Pet Clinic & Grooming Center, we believe that continuous learning leads to better veterinary care. We’re committed to expanding our knowledge so we can better serve every pet and pet family who puts their trust in us.

Together, let’s promote responsible pet ownership and give our companion animals the lifelong care, health, and happiness they deserve. 💚

For your pets. For their well-being. For better veterinary care.

Pet grooming is both an art and a skill. It requires patience, precision, and a keen eye for detail, because every pet that comes to the grooming table becomes a groomer’s masterpiece.

Pyometra is a life-threatening uterine infection, and a panhysterectomy (surgical removal of the uterus and ovaries) is often the best way to save a pet’s life.

Common signs to watch for:
• Lethargy or weakness
• Bloated or swollen abdomen
• Loss of appetite
• Vomiting
• Excessive drinking and urination
• Vaginal discharge (note: in closed pyometra, discharge may not be visible)

Our sweet patient, Deyee, was brought to the clinic due to weakness and loss of appetite. After a thorough physical and clinical examination, she was diagnosed with pyometra.

We’re grateful to her fur parents for trusting our team and following our veterinarian’s recommendation for surgery. Because of their quick decision, Deyee got the life-saving treatment she needed.

Now, she’s back to being a happy, healthy fur baby! 💛

Spaying not only prevents pyometra but also significantly reduces the risk of other reproductive diseases.
