Thank you so much, Malina & BAARC Team! Through all of you, we received a donation. A big, big thank you to Ma'am Eileen Chow for this huge and generous donation. And to Michael De Jesucristo for bringing the styrofoam of meat and for meeting us at Caticlan Jetty Port. 🙏 We are truly grateful for all your kindness and support!😊🐶😻

We also took a chance and hoped the vet in Nabas was still open, and luckily they were! We were able to get Loki, the amputated cat. ❤️

🆘 HELP NEEDED FOR THIS LITTLE FIGHTER!🐱🙏

Saturday night, we received a message that broke our hearts. A kind man messaged us, saying he found a tiny kitten unconscious and barely breathing.

He said: "I couldn't stand to leave the kitten. My heart is tearing. I only have hundreds in my pocket. I can't afford to bring him to the vet on my own. I've been praying since yesterday that God will give provision for this kitten."

AARRC facilitated his rescue Sunday morning. He was there at LovePets as early as 7:30am, waiting for the clinic to open.

UPDATE:
The kitten is now confined and under observation at LovePets Veterinary Clinic. She tested NEGATIVE for 4in1 viruses, which is good news but she is still very weak and on dextrose. She is fighting so hard to live. We have many other rescues as well and our funds are very limited. We humbly ask for your help for her vet bills, dextrose and medicines.

Any amount - ₱5, ₱10, ₱50, ₱100 is a big help for this little one.

One full bowl at a time. One rescued life at a time❤️💛🤍🐶🐕

After all the stress, trauma and everything these dogs have been through look at them now, eating so well. This is such a wonderful sign that they’re already settling in and starting to feel safe in their new home. For the first time in a long while, they get to eat without fear. No more cages. No more noise. Just full bellies, clean water and gentle hands. It may take time but we see it already the walls are coming down and trust is slowly growing.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to our sponsors and supporters. Because of you, these 12 Boracay rescues have food, vitamins, vet care, and a safe place to heal. Every meal, every medicine, every kind word is possible because of your generosity.❤️🐶

Thank you for giving them this chance to believe in people again. 🫶🙏

Update on the 12 Boracay pound dog rescues💛

All of them have been checked and tested by the vet and we're so relieved, all results came back NEGATIVE for diseases! They still need vitamins to regain their strength. Only one dog is on antibiotics because of a wound.

These dogs have been through so much, so it's understandable that some are scared or defensive. With patience, love and care, we know they'll learn to trust humans again. ❤️🤍
Thank you for supporting AARRC and giving them a second chance.🫶🙏

RESCUED FROM EUTHANASIA!!🐶🐕

These dogs were caught in Boracay and were due for euthanasia after 7 days in the pound with no owner to claim them.
With the help of Home of Paws, BAARC, Ma'am Rica and other kind individuals who sponsored their rescue, these dogs were saved and safely arrived at our shelter on Sunday afternoon.🙏

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who helped make this rescue possible. To the rescuers, volunteers and to all our sponsors who committed to lifetime care for these pound dogs, you are their heroes!!Because of you, they are safe now. They are loved now. They have a future now. Maraming salamat!!💛❤️🐶🐕

We are so proud to have been vital to this brave and beautiful soul's rescue. Dolores lived to be 13 years. She found loving care through our partner organisation PAWS in Manila. They even took her to the Senate to illustrate the need for protecting animals. RIP brave Dolores, lovingly called Dolly ...
