🩸🐾 Did You Know? Your Pet’s Blood Can Form a Clot to Stop Bleeding!

When your furbaby gets a small cut, the body quickly works to control the bleeding. 🩹

✔️ Blood vessels narrow to slow blood flow
✔️ Platelets gather at the injured area
✔️ Clotting factors work together to form a stable clot
✔️ The clot helps protect the wound while healing begins

🩺 Proper blood clotting is essential for your pet’s health. Problems with clotting can lead to unusual or prolonged bleeding and require veterinary attention.

⚠️ If your pet has unexplained bleeding, frequent bruising, pale gums, or bleeding that won’t stop, seek veterinary care promptly.

⚠️ Remember: First aid is only temporary care. For serious injuries, bleeding, poisoning, or difficulty breathing, seek veterinary attention immediately. 🩺

🎗️🐾 Know the Signs of Tumors in Pets

Not every lump or bump is cancer—but any new or changing mass deserves attention. Early veterinary evaluation can help determine what it is and what should be done next.

🔎 Watch for:
✔️ A new lump or swelling
✔️ A lump that grows or changes
✔️ Sores that don’t heal
✔️ Unusual bleeding or discharge
✔️ Changes in appetite, weight, or behavior

⚠️ Don’t squeeze, puncture, or try to remove a lump at home. A veterinarian can examine it and recommend appropriate tests if needed.

💚 When you notice something unusual, have it checked early.

😴🐾 What Does Your Pet’s Sleeping Position Say?

Pets have their own favorite sleeping positions—and sometimes they’re pretty funny! 😂

🐶 Belly up: They may feel comfortable and secure.
🐱 Curled into a ball: Helps conserve body heat.
🐾 On their side: Often means they’re relaxed and comfortable.
🥹 Sleeping close to you: They may simply enjoy feeling safe near their favorite human.

Every pet has their own sleeping style, but a sudden change in sleeping habits can sometimes be worth paying attention to.

💚 Let them rest, recharge, and enjoy their cozy time!
