A subtotal intestinal resection was performed to successfully remove approximately 1.8 kilograms of impacted f***l material — a staggering burden for a single patient to endure.

Fecalomas are not “ordinary constipation.” They are life-threatening concretions formed from prolonged f***l retention, capable of causing ischemia, necrosis, sepsis, perforation, and death if left untreated.
