CLINIC GUIDELINES & PROMO REMINDERS
To ensure the safety of your pets and smooth clinic operations, please read and follow the guidelines below:
1. SPAY & NEUTER (KAPON)
✔ Cats must be healthy (no signs of illness)
✔ At least 6 months of age
✔ Fasted for at least 8 hours (no food, water is allowed in small amounts)
✔ If laboratory tests (CBC & Blood Chemistry) are NOT done, owner must sign a waiver/consent
✔ Rates:
• Male: ₱800
• Female: ₱900
(Excluding laboratory tests, take-home medications, and E-collar)
✔ Bring your cat in a sturdy, secure carrier/cage with towel inside
⚠️ Additional reminders:
• Pregnant, in-heat, or sick cats may be rescheduled or declined
• Pick-up time will be advised; pets must be claimed on time
• Strict post-operative care must be followed
2. ANTI-RABIES VACCINATION
✔ For healthy cats/dogs only
✔ At least 3 months old and above
✔ Must be dewormed at least 1–2 times prior
⚠️ Pets with fever, diarrhea, or any illness will not be vaccinated
3. GROOMING SERVICES
✔ At least 6–7 months of age
✔ Must be apparently healthy
✔ With updated anti-rabies vaccination
⚠️ Aggressive or highly stressed pets may be rescheduled for safety
📣 PROMO POLICY
✔ All promos are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
✔ Limited slots per day, especially for grooming
✔ We may cut off once slots are full
⏰ Please come early to secure your slot
🐾 GENERAL REMINDERS
✔ Keep pets in carrier, cage, or leash at all times
✔ Avoid feeding before procedures unless advised
✔ Inform the clinic of any previous illness, medications, or allergies
✔ Follow staff instructions for everyone’s safety
✔ Be patient during peak hours
