For two weeks, our groomer, Vic has been honing and perfecting his craft away from the confines of our clinic.

Until that time, his grooming skills are actually self taught and advanced thru experience. This time around, we sought to further elevate his talent thru a formal training with WIE headed by Mr. Gia Dang Gia, a multi-awarded and international grooming judge held at San Juan City, Metro Manila.

From mastering sc******ng skills to understanding sculpting and coloring techniques under the guidance of professional groomers, Vic was given the opportunity to enhance his grooming skills and techniques

Spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and ready to live better lives hopefuly off the streets 🥰

These three beauties (most probably littermates) are resident stray dogs of 7-eleven petron station Brgy. San miguel. We have personally decided to "invite" them to our clinic for some "treats" 😅

Next thing they know, they had plasters on their bellies and probably a hangover 🤣😂

We will be returning them back to their original area but if you are keen to give these ladies better lives, please message us or drop by our clinic. They are very calm, friendly, and are great candidates for adoption 😍

Reinforcing old knowledge and learning new ones

Dr. Lot Oclarit recently attended a very productive cardiology seminar presented Veterinary Practicioners Association of the Philippines and headed by Dr. Laurent, Diplomate, ECVIM-Cardiology. The seminar provided valuable clinical insights in small animal cardiology.

Every opportunity to learn and improve strengthens our commitment to delivering better, more advanced veterinary care to the Iligan pet community. This additional knowledge and expertise in cardiology will definitely further enhance the level of care we provide at our clinic 🥰

HOLTER - this puppy is nothing short of a warrior 🫡

Mauled by two adult dogs, he became a piece of cloth being ripped apart in a tug-of-war and left for dead. We couldn't even finish the cctv footage of the attack. It was too gruesome.

But the puppy somehow made it to the clinic. We did what we can to stabilize him but the second cbc confirmed our worst nightmare - there was internal bleeding and he's losing blood fast.

We started blood transfusion and went to surgery to find the source/s of the bleeding. Turned out, it was the liver. The trauma damaged the right medial lobe of the liver and the call was to remove that damaged portion despite the danger and riskiness of the procedure. Liver lobectomy was performed. We prayed and crossed our fingers for Holter to power thru.

24hrs post-op, this little warrior started eating and showing signs of improvement. A few more days he was accepting belly rubs and was fit enough to be able to go home to his awesome family.

Smaller liver but bigger fighting spirit.

Our power is back!

We were unfortunately a victim of electrical wiring theft 🤬

We strongly condemn this incidence against legitimate and law-abiding businesses that bears the brunt of the additional cost especially during these times were doing business is more costly and challenging.

We have reported this incidence to the proper authorities and have taken measures to prevent this from happening again by installing aluminum wires that have no value when sold to junk shops.

Our operations are now back to normal. Thank you.
