Pets must meet ALL requirements below. Failure to comply will result in automatic disqualification as pets will still undergo proper screening and evaluation prior to surgery.

✔️ At least 1 YEAR OLD
✔️ Updated Vaccination and Deworming
✔️ Bring Vaccination Card for verification
✔️ Pets must be clinically healthy and in good condition
✔️ First come, first served basis
✔️ Reservation is required — please contact our clinic number for slot availability
✔️ Veterinary screening is required before surgery

❌ Sick, weak, underweight, pregnant, or pets currently in heat will NOT be accepted
❌ Pets with undisclosed medical history may be declined for safety reasons
❌ Home medications and laboratory tests are NOT included

⚠️ Final approval and eligibility will depend on the veterinarian’s assessment. The safety of your pets will always be our priority.

Owners are required to provide complete and honest information regarding their pet’s health condition, vaccination history, medications, and previous medical concerns to ensure a safe procedure.
