A jogger sent us a report about two dogs on the breakwater by the Coastal Road. They were covered in garapata and it seems they were intentionally left there. Our team was able to secure both dogs. We are now raising funds for their treatment and care. Our GCash/Maya is 09243071571. Thank you so much for any help.

Papaya was rescued by us with severe head injuries. She made a full recovery. There are kamote drivers who hit animals and run. There are people like us who run to the site to rescue the animal.
