1. Mahigpit na Owner Liability Law laban sa pagpapabaya at pagpapalabas ng a*o at pusa sa kalsada.
2. Daily humane impounding with modernized LGU pound facilities, recovery at adoption programs.
3. Mandatory microchipping at national database sa bawat a*o at pusa, hindi lang PCCI records. NATIONAL REGISTRATION DAPAT.
4. Required yearly registration update at rabies vaccination compliance.
5. Regulated at licensed breeding, bawal ang illegal backyard breeding.
6. Mahigpit na regulasyon sa pet shops at online selling ng animals.
7. Incentivized adoption programs para mas piliin ang pag-adopt kaysa bumili.
8. Controlled at accountable community feeding policies na naka-link sa population control.
9. School-based rabies at responsible ownership education.
10. Real-time national rabies surveillance dashboard para transparent at data-driven ang aksyon.

Rabies prevention is not just vaccination. It is governance, accountability, and culture change.

Wayback 10 yrs ago ang makabalita ka ng rabies case sobrang rare, ngayon kahit saang munisipalidad ka pumunta napakadami na. Despite the kapon drives, vaccination drives, sobrang dumami pa lalo ang cases ng rabies, naniniwala ako na hindi lang dapat yang mga yan ang isinasagawa para ma*olusyunan ang problema sa STRAY ANIMALS ng bansa.

In a statement, flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) has announced the nationwide launch of its FurPAL program—now available on every domestic flight.

This groundbreaking in-flight service was launched in November 2025, allowing fur parents to travel with their small dogs in-cabin, creating inclusive travel experiences for pet lovers everywhere. According to PAL, this service will be available for cats soon.

With its expansion to all domestic routes, now you can fly with your pet from Manila to Boracay for summer getaway, head home to Davao, or plan a food trip to Bacolod, your small dog can now be right there with you in the cabin.
