FAQ:
Will walk-ins be accommodated?
-YES.. But subject to staff discretion. Factors considered are number of pending patients, ease of handling of said patients, down-time between procedures, etc.

If there are already six patients for the day, will additional/walk-in cats also receive discounts?
-YES. Last year, we gave 25% discount off procedure to additional cats, and we do the same this year.
