His ultimate goal is to talk to President Duterte in order to create a sanctuary for all the strays in the Philippines. Despite being afflicted with Parkinson's Disease, he is trying to make a change... one dog at a time.

Even though I’m a thousand miles away from my pack, I always make sure there is peace, order, and balance among them.

Exercise and discipline create stability. Affection comes when I’m with them.

Distance doesn’t stop a pack leader from leading. 🐾

I tried everything I could to save my DBS device, but the infection ultimately won.

Last Thursday, I had surgery to remove the DBS.

It’s been a tough journey, but I’m deeply grateful to my medical team and everyone who has supported me along the way. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we have to let go of what we fought so hard to keep.

Now I’m focusing on healing and recovery, one day at a time. 🙏

Choconut the Staffy used to get excited very easily. And excitement, when unmanaged, can create chaos — and chaos can lead to accidents.

That’s exactly what happened before, when he got so excited that he ran into my friend’s leg and injured her knee.

But this is what happens when a dog’s life is truly fulfilled — through structure, guidance, and the support of the pack.

Look at him now. Calm, balanced, and in control. Even the excitement of kids around him doesn’t affect him anymore.

A fulfilled dog doesn’t need to create chaos. Balance changes everything. Souls.care

I trusted my instinct today.

Gandha has cerebral palsy. Her walk isn’t perfect. Her balance isn’t perfect.

But I wanted to see something deeper… her connection to the pack.

So I let her off leash.

With a little encouragement, she followed us—at her own pace, in her own way.

That’s the power of belonging.

The pack doesn’t care how you move.Only that you move together.

Dogs really teach me a lot about life.

Today, one of our dogs reminded me what true resilience looks like. She moves differently—her body doesn’t follow the same rhythm as the rest of the pack. Every step is a challenge. Every movement takes effort. Some would call it something like cerebral palsy… but she doesn’t call it anything.

She just lives.

She tries to keep up, even when she can’t. She doesn’t complain. She doesn’t compare. She doesn’t quit.

So I slowed down.

I gave her patience… and she gave me something greater—the raw, undeniable will to live.

In a world where we measure ourselves against others, she reminded me:
It’s not about keeping up.
It’s about showing up.

Leadership isn’t always about pushing forward.
Sometimes, it’s about slowing down so no one gets left behind.

That’s the power of the pack.
