FREE SPAY & CASTRATION FOR DOGS AND CAT

The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte in partnership with PVMA (Bicol Chapter) and KHO Veterinary Clinic invites all fur parents to avail our FREE Spay and Castration Program on March 18 & 19, 2026, 9AM-5PM at KHO Veterinary Clinic, Brgy. Lag-on, Daet, Camarines Norte. 2 pets per owner only.

💉 FREE Anti-Rabies Vaccination will also be provided!

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• NO early listing. WALK-INS ONLY.
• Limited slots only – first come, first served basis.

📋 QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
• Pets must be at least 7 months old
• Clinically healthy and free from signs of disease (no cough, colds, diarrhea, skin infections, etc.)
• Not pregnant or in heat (for female pets)
• Must be NPO (No food and water) for 8–10 hours before surgery
• Aggressive pets must have a muzzle
• Pets must be brought in a secured crate or cage (for cats) or proper leash with collar/harness (for dogs)
• Owner must bring a valid ID

⚠️ Sick, weak, severely underweight, or recently vaccinated pets may be evaluated and possibly rescheduled for safety.
