To ensure the continued delivery of quality veterinary care, we would like to inform our valued clients that effective this year, the clinic will no longer allow unpaid balances.
Due to outstanding balances incurred by some clients in the previous year, we kindly require that all services be settled in full before or at the time of consultation and treatment. Any existing or impending balance must be cleared prior to being accommodated.
This policy allows us to better manage clinic operations, maintain medical supplies, and provide timely and reliable veterinary services to all our patients.
