ANOTHER GREG MARIE UPDATE:

As of 3 PM today, Greg Marie’s antigen test results are in. Sadly, she has tested positive for four different feline viruses: Panleukopenia, Calicivirus, Coronavirus, and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. We’re still processing this news. It’s incredibly painful for both us and Greg Marie 💔

Update on Greg Marie

As of today, June 7, just two days before her 1st bday, Greg Marie’s serum chemistry results are fortunately within acceptable ranges. However, the current concern is that she is losing weight at an alarming rate, leading her veterinarian to fear a potential risk of cardiac arrest. Despite this, she has been receiving supportive care, including assisted feeding, small amounts of recovery food and water, encouragement to stand, and injectable medications.

The veterinarian has also advised that Greg Marie be tested for FPV (Feline Panleukopenia), as she is beginning to exhibit signs consistent with the infection.

We continue to ask for your prayers and loving thoughts for Greg Marie. Her veterinary expenses are accumulating, but they are necessary for her recovery. We are deeply grateful for the well wishes we have already received. Please join us in hoping and praying that she pulls through, even as her veterinarian remains uncertain of her prognosis.
