First time at Dr. Koda? Welcome to the pack! 🐾👋

We know going to the vet can be a little nerve-wracking (mostly for you, but sometimes for the pets too!). That’s why we try to make every visit a walk in the park.

Pyometra is a serious uterine infection that can affect unspayed female dogs, often a few weeks after a heat cycle.

💡 don’t wait for an emergency to begin prevention methods. The best protection? Spaying and regular wellness checkups.

Keep an eye out for:
• Low energy or acting “not herself”
• Not eating
• Drinking or peeing more than usual
• Vomiting or diarrhea
• Vaginal discharge (case to case)

Awareness saves lives. Let’s keep our girls safe 🐾
