The Philippine Veterinary Medical Association – Central Visayas (PVMA-CV) extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made the 24th PVMA-CV Scientific Conference & Annual Convention 2026 a truly meaningful and successful gathering.

To our esteemed speakers, thank you for generously sharing your expertise, knowledge, and experiences. Your valuable insights have inspired us to continue learning and advancing the veterinary profession.

To all our participants and delegates, thank you for your active participation, enthusiasm, and presence throughout the convention. Your commitment to professional growth and excellence made the event even more meaningful.

To our generous sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and supporters, thank you for believing in and supporting PVMA-CV. Your contributions helped make this event possible and allowed us to provide a memorable and enriching experience for our veterinary community.

And to our PVMA-CV officers, committees, volunteers, and working teams, thank you for your dedication, countless hours, and hard work behind the scenes. This convention would not have been possible without your teamwork and commitment.

With this year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Advancing Veterinary Excellence Through Unity and Resilience,” we were reminded that our profession becomes stronger when we learn, collaborate, and grow together.

Until our next gathering, let us continue to uphold the spirit of unity, excellence, compassion, and resilience in serving our profession, our communities, and the animals entrusted to our care.

Daghang salamat, PVMA-CV family!

Today, the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association – Central Visayas (PVMA-CV) together with Sugbo Animal Birth Control Veterinarians celebrates World Rabies Day 2026 through meaningful veterinary services for our community.

Through the collaboration of veterinarians, veterinary students, local government veterinary offices, volunteers, and responsible pet owners, we continue to strengthen our collective efforts toward a rabies-free community.

149 pets successfully spayed/neutered
192 dogs and cats vaccinated against rabies

Every vaccination, every sterilization, and every act of responsible pet ownership brings us one step closer to protecting both animal and human health.

A heartfelt thank you to Sugbo Vet, Mandaue City Veterinary Office, SWU PHINMA College of Veterinary Medicine interns, PVMA-CV, volunteers, and all our furparents for making this celebration meaningful and impactful.
