🐾✈️ NUTELLA’S PRE-TRAVEL HEALTH SCREENING FOR HER USA TRIP! 🇺🇸❤️

Before Nutella embarks on her journey to the USA, she underwent a comprehensive general health screening to make sure she is ready for her trip.

❤️ CARDIAC EVALUATION
We carefully evaluated Nutella’s cardiac function, including the right parasternal long-axis view to assess the heart structure and overall cardiac performance. Color Doppler evaluation was also performed to assess the mitral valve and degree of mitral regurgitation.

🦋 THYROID EVALUATION
Her thyroid glands were also assessed and are within normal size and appearance.

After completing her evaluation, Nutella is doing well and is considered fit for her USA trip! 🇺🇸✈️🐶

🐾✨ Brave little Kofi is on his way to recovery! ✨🐾

Kofi, a handsome liver-line Shih Tzu, was unfortunately involved in a vehicular accident that resulted in complete fractures of his tibia and fibula. Due to the severity of his injuries, our team immediately performed orthopedic surgery using a titanium plate to stabilize the fractured bones.

We are happy to share that the procedure was successful, and Kofi is now recovering comfortably under close observation and care. His strength and resilience throughout this journey have been truly inspiring.

Please continue to keep Kofi in your thoughts as he continues his healing journey. Wishing our brave little warrior a smooth and speedy recovery! ❤️🐶

A special case at Akkadia Veterinary Clinic involved Rocky, a Golden Retriever who was brought in after ingesting a thick cotton-like foreign material, which was clearly visible on radiographic examination. Despite attempts to remove the obstruction through an e***a procedure, the foreign object remained lodged within the gastrointestinal tract.

Due to the severity of the case, surgical intervention was immediately performed. Thankfully, the operation was successful, and the foreign material was completely removed.

Rocky is now recovering comfortably under close monitoring by our veterinary team. Cases like this serve as an important reminder to keep household items and objects that can be swallowed out of our pets’ reach.

We are proud to present Arianna. After intensive therapy and the dedicated efforts of her parents, she is now back in shape.

Arianna, a senior dog who was once considered to have very little chance of recovering after suffering severe fractures of both the right and left tibia and fibula, is now showing everyone what dedication, patience, and love can heal.

Meet Arianna, a courageous senior dog who recently suffered an accidental fracture of her tibia and fibula. Immediate internal fixation was successfully performed using titanium plates, along with careful debridement of necrotic and fatty tissues.

We’re happy to share that the procedure went smoothly, and Arianna is now recovering very well. 🐾

WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO ASSIST IN A SUCCESSFUL CESAREAN DELIVERY OF THREE CUTE LITTLE PUPPIES SAFELY DELIVERED VIA C-SECTION.

THE MOTHER WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY IN LABOR, AND RADIOGRAPH SHOWED A DISTENDED PUPPY, WHICH COULD HAVE CAUSED SERIOUS COMPLICATIONS. BECAUSE OF THIS, WE HIGHLY ADVISED AN IMMEDIATE CESAREAN SECTION.

THANKFULLY, THE OWNER AGREED WITH OUR RECOMMENDATION, AND WE WERE ABLE TO SAFELY DELIVER ALL THREE CUTE LITTLE PUPPIES.

MOTHER AND PUPPIES ARE NOW SAFE AND RECOVERING WELL. 🐾
