Due to the adoption of Memorandum Circular No. 114, series of 2026, issued by the Office of the President , directing government offices to adopt a 4 -day onsite work arrangement as part of energy conservation measures. The spay and neuter activity will be moved on March 26, 2026, Thursday at 9:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon at The New City Hall Ground.
To those furrparents who pre-registered already, please take note of this changes. Thank you!!!

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, the City Government of Carcar will implement a revised work schedule in support of the government’s energy conservation measures.

For this week only:
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Starting next week:
• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

There will be NO OFFICE TRANSACTIONS ON FRIDAYS in observance of the four-day onsite work arrangement.

Offices providing essential services, including health, public safety, and emergency response, will remain fully operational to ensure uninterrupted public service.

Please be guided accordingly.
