Three days of learning, connection, and inspiration. ❤️🐾

As we look back on the 31st PAHA Annual Conference, we at JAG J.A.G Veterinary Services are grateful for the experience, the lessons, the conversations, and the memories we are bringing home.

Thank you PAHA - Philippine Animal Hospital Association, Inc. for giving veterinarians a space to learn from one another, reconnect with colleagues, and be reminded why we continue to grow in this profession.

After weeks of heavy hearts, sleepless nights, and deep contemplation, we at J.A.G Veterinary Services are breaking our silence.

We have always believed that our work should speak for itself, choosing to channel our energy into healing rather than public drama. However, a systematic campaign of slander, malice, and targeted harassment from a specific client has forced our hand. We are stepping forward today—not out of anger, but to defend the truth, protect our livelihood, and stand up for the dignity of veterinary professionals everywhere who face silent abuse daily.

The Reality Behind the Clinic Doors

Our small, devoted team pours every ounce of our energy, resources, and medical expertise into every single patient entrusted to our care. We love what we do, and we love the animals we treat. When a medical case requires specialized equipment or advanced care beyond our current capabilities, we ethically and transparently refer families to tertiary facilities. We do this because the animal’s life is always our absolute priority.
But medicine requires resources. Labs, medications, life-saving equipment, and the skilled hands operating them all carry real-world costs.

"It is deeply disheartening that a veterinary team is only deemed 'good' and 'compassionate' as long as we submit to every demand without expectation of payment—but the moment we ask for legitimate, overdue bills to be settled, we are instantly vilified."

🔇 Why We Are Breaking Our Silence

We have quietly endured abusive, manipulative, and belligerent treatment behind closed doors, always trying to handle the situation with grace and professionalism. However, when that hostility spills online into a coordinated effort to distort the facts and defame our name, we must draw a line.
We have nothing to hide. Because we believe in absolute transparency, we are laying bare the unvarnished, factual truth for public scrutiny and judgment. Furthermore, to protect our staff from continued harassment, we are officially pursuing formal legal action. This is now our only recourse to ensure justice and fairness prevail.

✅ When compassion is abused, everyone loses - including the next animal in need.
