In celebration of the World Rabies Day, Animal Welfare Week, and World Animal Day, the CBSUA College of Veterinary Medicine will have its activity entitled: PAAAWmazing Project (Precise Rabies Education, Awareness, Appreciation, and Animal Welfare Promotion).

In the pursuit of its goal, the College will spearhead a Veterinary Medical Mission tomorrow, October 7 (Friday) 9AM to 4PM at CBSUA-CVM Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

Ang Animal Welfare Act o Republic Act 8485 ay ang isang batas na naglalayong maprotektahan at maisulong ang kapakanan nanglahat ng hayop panlupa at pantubig na nasasakupan ng Pilipinas. Hinahayag ng batas na ito ang nauukol para sa kanilang pampisikal at sikolohikal na kapakanan.

Dagdagan natin ang ating kaalaman sa batas na ito sa aming at sabay nating ingatan ang karapatang panghayop.
